PSS Hire, the UK and Ireland’s leading utilities and pipeline equipment provider, has moved its biggest service centre to Dunstable, Bedfordshire to accommodate future growth.
Occupying 27,000 sq. ft., the new super centre, which is situated on Woodside Industrial Estate, replaces the original 15,000 sq. ft. flagship site in St Albans, which PSS Hire occupied since the late nineties. To enhance the company’s service offering and allow for continued growth, the new service centre boasts a modern design, dedicated areas for specialist equipment maintenance and video conferencing facilities to reduce unnecessary travel time for meetings.
Brent Smith, Head of Operations for PSS Hire, said the move is a reflection of the company’s continued investment in innovation and infrastructure. He said: “Over the past three years PSS Hire’s turnover has more than doubled, and we are confident that our new flagship service centre will provide us with the opportunity for continued growth whilst affirming our position as market leaders.
