Doosan Heavy Equipment at Conexpo

Doosan Construction Equipment will display a variety of machines at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG Exhibition in Las Vegas from 7-11 March 2017

Earthmoving equipment on show will include crawler and wheeled excavators, wheel loaders and articulated dump trucks (ADTs), as well as a variety of attachments for use with excavators and wheel loaders.

Excavators – Crawler and Wheeled Models
Doosan offers a full line of dependable and durable excavators from 14 tonne and above, including 15 crawler excavator models and six wheeled excavator models. These excavators range from the 14 tonne DX140LC-5 to the largest model, the 54 tonne DX530LC-5, to best

match customer needs. Each excavator model provides operators with optimal performance, reliability, fuel efficiency and simple maintenance. The Korean manufacturer offers two crawler models and a wheeled excavator designed with reduced tail swing for operation on confined jobsites.

The wheeled excavators are manufactured with rubber tyres, making them a popular choice when working on improved surfaces such as finished concrete or asphalt, where the excavators can operate with minimal ground disturbance and are able to traverse job sites more quickly.

Wheel Loaders
Outstanding performance, reliability, fuel efficiency, operator comfort and ease of serviceability – that’s what Doosan is promising from each of its 10 wheel loader models. In addition, many units are available with a high-lift configuration for extra reach and dump height.

Doosan offers two lift-arm designs: A Z-bar loader linkage and a parallel lift arm. Two tool carrier models ― the DL200TC-5 and DL250TC-5 ― are designed with the parallel lift arm to provide added versatility and multiple attachment capabilities. An optional quick coupler makes changing attachments a fast and easy operation.

Articulated Dump Trucks
Moving more material in less time is just one of the many benefits of the latest generation Doosan ADTs. The two models ― the DA30-5 and DA40-5 ― offer excellent load capacities coupled with superior power and traction. Thanks to the machine’s tandem rear bogie, front-mounted turning ring, sloping rear frame and front suspension, each machine is designed to maintain tyre contact with the ground at all times, whilst permanent six-wheel drive provides excellent traction in all applications.

Described by their makers as among the most fuel-efficient off-road trucks in the industry, Doosan’s ADT range is designed for applications in construction sites, road projects and mass excavation, as well as mining and quarrying.
