Aspire Group has opened a new depot and made a major investment in JLG machinery
One of the UK’s fastest growing providers of low level access, tower and general plant hire, Aspire Group, is expanding its Aspire Platforms operation in London and surrounding areas with a new purpose-built depot. Since it was established in 2018 in Greater Manchester, the company has gone from strength to strength, and has experienced rapid growth in its customer base and order volumes, particularly within the last 12 months.
The opening of its new base in Rainham, Essex, strengthens Aspire’s existing infrastructure, allowing for improved transportation efficiency and enhanced product availability. It is now the main hub for all its
access equipment, which includes three key push-around models from the JLG low level access range – the Eco Lift, Peco Lift and Power Tower.
“Low level access is extremely important to our business – it’s our bread and butter,” says Managing Director Luke Bowers. “Aspire Platforms has one of the UK’s largest low level access fleets, and the JLG range is a core part of this.”
Ease of use and versatility
The company’s most recent investment added a further 300 units of these models to its fleet. Due to their ease of use and versatility, they are ideally suited for a broad range of applications, including mechanical and electrical, facilities management, painting and decorating, maintenance and shopfitting.
“These are the best low level access products within the industry as they can be pushed into position easily, are user-friendly, and can be used across a wide variety of jobs that require working at heights up to 5.1m. The wind-up function on the Eco and Peco Lifts is manual, meaning that this equipment can be utilised 24/7 with no downtime,” explains Luke.
