Sheffield based plant hire firm, MJ Hughes Ltd, took delivery of the highest specification model of the Faresin 6.26E Electric Telehandler from UK dealer GGR Group, meeting their ever-growing demand for electric plant.
A move to purchase the battery powered telehandler followed a full demonstration of the innovative piece of equipment, where MJ Hughes were impressed by the functionality, features and battery usage time of the Faresin 6.26E model.
The Yorkshire firm became the latest recipient of the 2.6t capacity machine, which was delivered with the optional fast charger to charge the 400Ah battery from zero to full in as little as 2 hours.
GGR Group Telehandler Sales Manager, Mike Walkely said “I am delighted to have been able to supply MJ Hughes Ltd with this innovative machine. In earlier talks, it became apparent that they were seeing an unprecedented demand for eco alternatives to traditional plant equipment. The zero-carbon emissions were a key factor here and when the demonstration took place, we were able to talk through the many benefits that this green machine has to offer.”
The Faresin 6.26E Electric Telehandler is 100% battery powered, meaning there are zero carbon emissions to consider – the ideal piece of equipment to use within ULEZ and Clean Air Zones, as well as sub-level projects and other areas that need to keep carbon emission to a minimum.
Liam Bennett, Operations Manager of MJ Hughes Ltd commented “It was a pleasure to work with Mike and the team at GGR Group. It was a seamless process and great that they were able to deliver so quickly from stock. We have a high demand for electric plant already, so to be able to provide a solution to our customers quickly was a huge bonus for us.”
The top grade Faresin 6.26E Electric Telehandler is now available to hire from MJ Hughes Ltd in Sheffield.
