A&Y Equipment will be adding to their product portfolio after signing a deal to become the UK importer for the Dieci range of construction machinery.
These products, predominantly telescopic and “roto” telehandlers, but also including truck mixers and dumpers, will complement A&Y’s existing ranges of Yanmar construction, Ammann compaction and Cormidi tracked carriers.
Dieci themselves started out in 1962 and by 1983 became one of the first European manufacturers of telehandlers. The brand has continued to develop and grow its product offering, which now stands at 17 current production lines, incorporating 143 models all of which are manufactured in house at their modern, purpose built factories.
A&Y Equipment’s Managing Director, Robert Brown said that he is delighted to be associated with premium brands such as Dieci. “The products will compliment those that we already supply, fill in some gaps in our product line and ultimately allows us to offer more complete solutions to our customers.”
A&Y will be giving full Dieci dealer back up, including spare parts and servicing, based from their Midlands home. Export Manager for Dieci, Patrizia Gambarelli commented on the deal “A&Y are the ideal fit to push our construction products in the UK. They are a large, professional company with many years’ experience of the market. Having visited the premises and met the staff we are sure this is going to be a very productive partnership.”
