MCS Rental Software customers are now making the most of the rental software suite of solutions using ‘extensions’ to ensure their system is fully tailored to specific customers’ unique rental processes.
With over 100 extensions now in use in the software, rental companies are able to find a solution that isn’t bespoke but can be adapted to specific business protocols.

Extensions also fit alongside Smart Alerts, another useful MCS Rental Software solution feature. With Extensions and Smart Alerts, MCS users can mandate specific process flows to ensure steps aren’t skipped or use pop-up alerts for actions that deviate from the preferred workflow.
