Independent tool and plant hire company, City Hire, is opening a new distribution centre in Warrington.
Situated between Liverpool and Manchester, the 1.8-acre site will support an existing distribution centre in Liverpool, as well as serving additional regions in the Northwest.
City Hire’s FORS Silver accredited transport team will be operating a number of vehicles from Warrington and Liverpool, supplying construction sites across Merseyside, Manchester and the Northwest.
This follows on from the acquisition of Construct-Equip in September, that allowed the business to operate out of distribution centres in Birmingham and Telford to supply the West Midlands with fast tool and equipment hire.
This new distribution centre brings City Hire up to a total of six depots, helping to establish and maintain an uninterrupted service up and down the country.
