Euro Auctions, Europe’s largest auctioneers of industrial plant, construction machinery and agricultural equipment, are pleased to announce two sale dates for the disposal of assets of the hire group known as Hawk Plant Hire following administration on 14th January 2019.
This unique disposal sale offers an extraordinary opportunity to see a large compliment of late years machinery and equipment, which has been exceptionally well maintained, and offering plenty of choice in all categories with multiple lots on offer. Interest is expected to be strong from the UK as well as from European bidders, and as with all Euro Auctions sales, there will be no reserve. When the hammer goes down on a lot, its sold!
Euro Auctions will be holding two sale dates at Hawk depots in Shropshire:
Day #1, Thursday 14th March – Agricultural machinery and light equipment
Location – Hawk Depot at Prees Green, Whitchurch, Shropshire, SY13 2BS.
Day #2, Friday 15th March – Heavy equipment sale.
Location – Sandford Industrial Park, Whitchurch, Shropshire, SY13 2BS.
Viewing day, 12th of March, from 9am to 4pm at both sites, which are 3 miles apart.
In total, the inventory included over 2,000 assets, with the following highlights:
130 Tractors, 2016, 2017 and 2018, predominantly John Deere
75 Excavators, 2016 and 2017, including 6t, 10t and 20t, predominantly Komatsu
80 Agricultural trailers of various makes
60 Articulated dump trucks, from 2011 to 2017, mainly Komatsu
236 Water bowsers, from 757 ltrs to 7570 ltrs
35 Dozers, predominantly Cat and Komatsu, from 2017 to 2018
100+ Miscellaneous pieces of farming machinery
70+ Thwaites site dumpers, mainly 2006
70+ Telehandlers, predominantly JCB
There will be special interest and brisk bidding for the consignment of 130 number 2016 to 2018 John Deere agricultural tractors, the majority of which are still under warranty, in addition to associated trailers, implements and ancillary items. Full specification on all models now available.
In addition to the main inventory, there will be a good compliment of mixed plant including: crushers, rollers, wheeled loaders and excavators, spares, buckets, small tools, and other popular machinery.
