In a bid to further increase its UK footprint Fox Group, the haulage, plant hire, earthworks, and aggregates specialist has acquired muck away and aggregates business, Tipworx Ltd.
“This acquisition makes perfect sense for us. Tipworx is a well-run business with great people and has a track record of providing excellent services to a wide range of clients across the region. It also means that we get a welcome boost to the group’s existing fleet of vehicles, and recycled aggregates supply,” explained Paul Fox, managing director of the family-run Fox Group.
Established in 2014, Tipworx specialises in muck away and aggregates, as well as providing a rental fleet of nine wagons. Based in Stockport, the company has a wide range of clients across Derbyshire, Yorkshire, Manchester, and the Northwest.
Paul Fox added: “Tipworx and managing director, Darren Brocklehurst, are a welcome addition to the Fox Group. It is a major part of our continuing strategy of growth.”
