The Executive Hire Show is celebrating its 14th year in 2020, and since the Show’s inaugural event back in 2007, it has grown and evolved to cater for the changing demands of the Hire sector.
The Show is taking place at its established home at the Ricoh Arena Coventry on 5th and 6th February.
The 2019 event underwent a radical redesign, which gave the Show a whole new look, refreshing and reinvigorating the exhibition for both visitors and exhibitors.
The feedback received from visitors and exhibitors was very positive and the revamp proved a success.
Morris Site Machinery International Business Director, Phil Winnington said, “The new layout worked well, and the Show looked fresh. The new format also took away the predictability of other years. The volume of visitors was consistent with previous years and decision-makers were in attendance. Morris Site Machinery is very much looking forward to the 2020 event.”
Bomag’s National Sales Manager, Simon Kennedy also approved of the new look. He said, “We welcomed the location change of our stand – it was great, and we saw some good people over the three-days. The EHS never fails to deliver.”
Executive Hire Show Publishing & Events Director, Chris Moore said, “We have a very successful Show with loyal exhibitors and visitors. But we are not complacent and wanted to improve everyone’s experience of the event – hence the redesign and the new colour scheme.”
For 2020 the Executive Hire Show team is making another change to the layout which will once again enhance the ‘Show’ experience for both visitors and exhibitors alike.
The 2020 Show will now occupy the whole first floor (ground-level) of the Ricoh Arena including Hall 1 and the Atrium. The exhibitors and the Innovation Trail – Live area, which occupied the lower level of the complex, have been transferred to ground-level, which maximises space and provides a level playing field for all exhibitors.
Chris commented on the change, “We took on board feedback on how we could even further improve the Show for 2020. Maximising the available space all on one floor was the logical solution, to provide an all-round better experience for all. Our 160 exhibitors and 1800 plus visitors can enjoy the Show on one level – the new layout makes much better use of space, creating more footfall throughout the entire exhibition.”
Chris added, “The suppliers on the Innovation Trail will also benefit from increased interest and we are confident that this new look and feel will create a new and fresh experience – a win-win for all concerned.”
