Temporary accommodation: offices, welfare, storage and canteens are used on most sites throughout the UK and Ireland. It’s also a fact that some welfare facilities are mandatory.
The vast majority of these units will need power, and this power is usually in the form of a diesel generator installed within the unit.
The MHM Group are an established and leading supplier of power generation machinery. Their extensive range includes a complete line of products ideally suited for use inside temporary accommodation units. Each of these generators has been designed specifically to deliver safe, quiet power, with low-vibration.
The MHM ‘Welfare Cabin’ range encompasses a power band between 4-33kVA, and includes standard, cube, compact and long-run options. Currently, only diesel powered units are available, although MHM already have advanced plans to supply welfare generators powered by LPG, Hybrid and Solar. However, they can provide roof-mounted solar panel kits which limit’s engine use, lower fuel costs and helps to reduce the site’s carbon emissions.
Mat Llewellyn, MHM’s managing director explains, “We are equipped to supply generators for both brand new and used cabins. We also have sets for ready retro-fitting. So, when a rental company or building manufacturer is completing their refurbishment programme, we can offer a new generator as part of their procedure.
“We will also extend full technical support, by highly experienced personnel, for all users of our welfare cabin range of generators,” added Mat.
Generator expert, David Mallon will be championing the MHM welfare cabin generator range.
