Digger Guard now uses a “dry-fit” design for its polymer handrails that employs an internal mechanical connector, eliminating the need for adhesives or external connectors.
This design results in a sleek, modern rail that is faster and neater to install. The design allows for individual rail components to be replaced rather than entire sections, cutting costs and reducing downtime. The improved handrails are non-corrosive, 75% lighter weight compared to steel counterparts, mitigate vibration fatigue and do not disrupt 3D guidance systems, a common issue with metal alternatives.
